When you use P&L Ledger, we collect:

Account information: Email address and display name when you register
Trade data: Trades, P&L figures, notes, and journal entries you log
Usage data: App preferences, settings, and watchlist items
Payment information: Processed securely by Paddle — we do not store card details

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the App
To sync your data across devices
To process subscription payments
To send important account notifications

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not store data on our own servers.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties except:

Supabase — for secure data storage and authentication
Paddle — for payment processing (subject to their privacy policy)
Finnhub / Yahoo Finance — market data providers (no personal data shared)

5. Your Trade Data

Your trade journal, P&L data, and notes are private and only accessible to you. We never access, share, or analyse your individual trading data.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

The App uses browser local storage to save your preferences and session information. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access all data we hold about you
Request deletion of your account and data
Export your trade data at any time (CSV export available)
Correct inaccurate information

8. Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App settings. Data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
