1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using P&L Ledger ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

P&L Ledger is a trading journal application that allows users to log trades, track performance, and monitor live market data. The App offers both free and paid subscription tiers.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

P&L Ledger Pro is available on a monthly (R79/month or equivalent) or annual (R599/year or equivalent) subscription basis.

Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
Prices may change with 30 days notice.
Payments are processed securely by Paddle.com who acts as Merchant of Record.

4. Access Codes

Access codes may be issued at our discretion and grant Pro access for the specified duration. Codes are non-transferable and may not be resold.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the App
Share your account with others
Use the App to provide false or misleading financial information

7. Market Data Disclaimer

Market data displayed in the App is provided for informational purposes only and may be delayed. P&L Ledger is not a financial advisor and nothing in the App constitutes financial advice. Always do your own research before making investment decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

P&L Ledger is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any trading losses, data loss, or damages arising from use of the App.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your trade data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
